If you are submitting a punishment appeal, we need to know the exact reason for your ban, mute, or warning. Failure to report the reason for punishment exactly will delay a response to your appeal. Sarcastic or cynical responses will likely detract from the value of your appeal.
When logging into the server, an error screen will pop up if you attempt to connect while an active ban is in effect. This error screen will indicate the reason for your ban, including the circumstances leading up to your ban, and the Code of Conduct rule that was broken. Similar messages will show for mutes and warnings. This is the reason that needs to be attached to your punishment appeal.

- Warnings have exceeded the consequences threshold

- It was just a misunderstood prank
- I don’t know why and I don’t remember when actually
- I wasn’t auto mining, my cat sat on my mouse while I was afk
- I have done nothing wrong
