What a way to ring in the new year!

Hello, and Happy New Year! Welcome to January’s Newsletter Bulletin, where we’ll put all things server excitement, including world changes, events, maintenance, and more! We also have a section specifically dedicated to player submissions.

Server Events

  • Monthly Maintenance Window: January 14th, 7 a.m. Eastern
  • Optional Monthly Maintenance Window: January 21st, 7 a.m. Eastern
  • Holiday Market: Ends January 11!
  • Speed Survival Launch: January 18

Things To Note

The holiday market has been extended! We hope you’re enjoying our new spin on the market concept, as well as the little challenge quest. We are still accepting any feedback you may have about our new approach to markets in our #economy-world Discord channel, as we look to improve for future markets.

Thank you to everyone that made December’s explore world a magical one, from all the Secret Llama builds to the general winter/holiday vibe builds! As always, we’ve made a world download available on our Downloads page.

The first Survival season of the new map and new version is fast approaching! We’ll be conducting a speed survival season so as to let everyone get up to speed with the new mechanics, as well as prep for something massive in our first full length season. If you have suggestions for season themes, feel free to drop them in #survival-world in Discord!

Player Submissions

Every month, we like to showcase our players, whether that’s through cool builds, joke submissions, or player events. If you have something you’d like to submit to a future edition of the newsletter, please send the details to QuestionTuesdayFTW on Discord!

With another season of Secret Llama behind us, we wanted to showcase some of the wonderful gifts that people received this time around!

First was Squiggle, who was sent off on a scavenger hunt in order to find a Tardis, complete with goodies!

Next was our wonderful Head Admin Flaw, who received an incredible mix of some of her favourite things with a Horsula 1 race track!

Lastly, we have Elenna, who received the craziest gift in the form of a map of her old cat, Tom. The amount of blocks that needed to be placed for this pixel art is astronomical!
